Error de excepción en asp. Ayuda!!

Hola, estoy trabajando con asp y oracle, la aplicación que estoy construyendo consiste en ver imagenes, video y audio desde la base de datos y mostrarla a través de asp. Según oracle.com esta aplicación se puede hacer, pero yo he tenido un error que impide que la página asp muestre la imagen, el error es el siguiente; error de excepción 'value'.
Llevo bastantes semanas tratando de solucionar este problema, pero no he podido encontrar la solución, si alguno de ustedes sabe cual es el problema, por favor no duden en responder...al termino de este mensaje les envio el código.
