Como se hace en <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=html&v=56">html</a> para que dentro de mi sitio <a href="http://www.ntsearch.com/search.php?q=web&v=56">web</a> yo le de un vinculo a otra pagina de otra empresa y que esta salga con un cabezote al inicio en donde se diga. pero añadiendo :
