Alguien me da una orientacion o una mano O.O

Bueno para empesar no se nada de PHP, solo se HTML , si se algo de PHP pero muy basico…

Nito una mano con respecto a esto miren: www.code-olympus.com

Agare una web de un ex-amigo, y intente modificarla, pero la funcionalidad esta algo confuza, como podran ver al cliquear en cualquier opcion del menu en flash o cualquier otro enlace que no posea http:// Seria habierto abajo como si fuera un frame, bueno esa es la idea, pero lo que se habre es la misma pagina O_O osea se habre doble index, como podria solucionarlo?

Dejare los codigos aquí, para que le echen una Hojeada, Tanto el Index, como los archivos extras que la hacen funcionar..
