ME GUSTARIA SABER COMO HAGO PARA ISERTAR UN HIPERVINCULO EN UN CODIGO PHP, ES DECIR DENTRO DE DOS ETIQUETAS

SUCEDE QUE ESTOY ELABORANDO UNA COSNSULTA Y NECESITO QUE POR CADA REGISTRO QUE ME ARROJE LA CONSULTA ME ENVIE UN HIPERVINCULO PARA LLAMAR A EL REGISTRO QUE YO SELECCIONE....SERA QUE SE PUEDE. LA VERDAD ES QUE SOY NUEVO EN ESTO.
