Archivos no identificados

¡¡Hola a todos!!
¿Alguien me podría echar una mano con estos dos archivos? No entiendo demasiado de lenguajes de programación y necesito saber que tipo de archivos son.

Hola,
Creo que los dos archivos son dos cosas muy distintas...
El primero me da la impresión de que es sólo una parte de un archivo .rtf para ser compilado con el Help Workshop de Microsoft, generando un .hlp. Los signos $, # y K se usaban en las "notas al pie" del .rtf para indicar el nombre del tema para el índice, el identificador del tema, y las palabras clave para la búsqueda.
El segundo no, parece un archivo auxiliar, del tipo "resource", que en todo caso es generado por (o para) alguna herramienta de desarrollo de pantallas, pero lo seguro es que no se trata de un lenguaje. ¿De dónde salió?
