Problemas con el W3C

Hola!,
Estoy intentado validar todas las paginas de mi web segun el estandar W3C (www.w3.org) pero en la pagina principal (http://www.rinconsolidario.org/linux/main.html) me da el siguiente error que no se solucionar:
Line 46, column 8: end tag for "TR" which is not finished

El problema probablemente sea porque en la especificacion un TR debe de tener por lo menos un TD dentro, prueva poniendo <TD></TD> dentro del TR vacio.
