Existe alguna forma de ejecutar una direccion de internet para que nos la abra en una ventana del explorador?

A mi me pasaba lo mismo hasta que encontré este código. No recuerdo de dónde lo saqué, pero a mi me ha sido muy útil, espero que a ti y a mucha más gente también.
