Nesecito urgente ayuda para poder instalar matlab 6.5.

tengo una laptop dell con winows vista basic home.

Al instalar matlab arranca perfecto, pero luegos de unos minutos transcurriendo la instalacion me arroja los siguentes errores.

1:There was error writing to c:\windows\system32\mllink5.dll
2:failed to install matlab services acces to window nt servicie control manager database denied
3:error setting registry key for c:\windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll could not registry counter
4:could not copy c:\matlab6p5\toolboox\mbclmbcguitools\ocx\system\mscomctl.oxc to c:\windows\system32\mscomct2.ocx
5: error setting registry key for c:\windows\system32\mscomctl.ocx could not registry counter

agradeceria mucho sim alguien puede orientarme.
