Error interno de coherencia DBC Que es Eso???

Hola a todos, quien sabe acerca de este error. La verdad no se por que pueda ser, a veces sale y a veces no. Me pasa cuando quiero generar la integridad referencial de una BD con algunos delete en cascada. Si alguien sabe por favor ayudeme q estoy encartado con eso. Gracias!!!

Que tal:
A ver si antes de preguntar BUSCAS EN LA AYUDA.
Copio y pego la ayuda de Fox
.DBC internal consistency error (Error 1550)
An internal database error has occurred.
The database is corrupt.
Try VALIDATE DATABASE to diagnose or repair the problem.
The database container index (.dcx) is corrupt or not synchronized with the database container file (.dbc), usually as a result of an abnormal system shut-down.
Rebuild the index by closing the database, deleting the index file dbc_name.DCX, and reopening the database.
If the problem is not corrected, record your recent actions while using Visual FoxPro and then call Microsoft Support.
